24/7 Call Centre / Call Centre

Many professional call centres already offer a wealth of services today. With JAMES, the following new areas can be covered:

1. Mobile emergency call: The inpatient home emergency call is not suitable for many, younger seniors. On the one hand, many senior citizens are still active and on the move a lot and on the other hand, the existing terminal devices are too restricted and stigmatizing. With the elegant James safety watches, new layers of buyers can be gained and the existing service can be broadened.

2. Tele Care: James offers new Tele Care Services. In the simplest case, this can be the regular video call to the James Station at the customer's house or the monitoring of vital parameters, which the customer records himself at home.

Mobile care

In mobile (outpatient) care, various services can be provided remotely or via tele-services in the future. Customers receive the James package and can measure vital values independently. In-house specialists (certified nurses) are automatically informed by the James system in case of conspicuous vital values and can check each case in person with the customer via telephone or video telephony.
The standard package allows blood pressure, blood sugar and weight recognition. Depending on the situation, additional sensors can be integrated. Due to the (partial) transfer of activities to the customer and the ongoing transfer of current values to the integrated care center, expensive travel times can be saved and abnormalities can be detected much more quickly.
Regular video calls to the carers enable a higher care rate and also relieve employees and relatives.
Overall, costs can be massively reduced, relatives and employees can be relieved and more people in need can be cared for. If necessary, relatives can actively participate in the care process via online services.

Stationary care - Supervised living

Stationary care facilities can care for future residents at home before entering the nursing home. The James safety watch gives older, often single seniors the opportunity to request help at the touch of a button in the event of a fall or other problem. The call assistance can be provided during the day by the nursing home and at night by a 24/7 call centre.
